Seiko “Navigator Timer GMT” men’s Space Age design wristwatch in stainless steel with original bracelet, circa 1974
This large Seiko model has a red 24-hour hand which works in conjunction with red and blue rotating inner bezel to show the time and day/night in a different timezone. It is in excellent condition showing only very slight wear and a few marks from careful use. Case has an alternating brushed and polished finish. Screwdown caseback is superb and unengraved, correctly marked with Seiko’s “6117-6410” movement and case code. The case measures 46mm long and 41mm wide. Original black dial and red and blue inner bezel are superb. Correct Seiko-style acrylic crystal is excellent, with only a few faint marks. Quickset date and rotating bezel are working perfectly. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Seiko caliber 6117B automatic movement. Original stainless steel link Seiko bracelet is excellent.
