Hamilton “Gladstone” men’s Streamline Moderne design wristwatch in 14K green gold fill, circa 1931.
The “Gladstone” is one of the largest of the early Hamilton wristwatches and was priced to consumers at $55.00 in 1931. This is the nicest green “Gladstone” case I’ve ever offered and is in crisp, near mint condition with no brassing to the bezel. Just a tiny speck of brassing to the tips of the lugs. Caseback is superb and unengraved. Case measures 38mm long and 27mm wide. Aged luminous dial is good. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel grade 987-F Hamilton movement.
