Uncommon Elgin “Model E-7” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1927.
This striking Elgin has ornate Art Deco engravings on the bezel that carry on to the lugs. This is the first example of this scarce model that I have offered in several years. It is in excellent condition with no brassing. Engraved designs are bold and crisp. Caseback is excellent and unengraved with a little wear from opening. Case measures 33mm long and 30mm wide. Original dial is very good. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 7 jewel Elgin grade 430 movement.
