Elgin “Campus 940” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in chromium nickel, circa 1933.The “Campus 940” has a large curved case with ornate engravings on the bezel. It is in It very good condition with light overall wear and scratching to the chromium plating. Caseback is good, with a presentation engraving. The case measures 40mm long and 23mm wide. Dial has been restored to its correct original appearance with a parchment white finished and embossed gold numerals. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 7 jewel Elgin grade 488 movement.
