Rare Elgin “Model E-7” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K white gold, circa 1928.
The “Model E-7” is quite rare in solid gold, and this is only the second example I have ever offered. It was priced to consumers at $60.00 in 1928. It is in excellent condition showing only very light wear. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 33mm long and 30mm wide. Original dial is superb, has gold embossed numerals. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 428 movement.
