Scarce Bulova “Hinged Tank” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in two-tone 14K white and yellow gold fill with hinged lugs, circa 1928.
The exact model name of this watch has yet to be discovered by Bulova researchers. It has flexible lugs attached to the square case with yellow gold filled hinges. It is in very good condition with a little wear in the bezel corners. Hinged caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 35mm long and 25mm wide. Dial has been restored to its correct original appearance with a silver Butler finish and luminous numerals and hands. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Bulova grade 9AT movement.
