Scarce Elgin “Model 125” ladies’ Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill with diamonds and sapphires, and green and black inlay, circa 1929.
This model has panels of green and black inlay which I have restored, along with two diamonds and four synthetic blue sapphires. It was priced at $60.00 in 1929. This is only the second example I have offered of this scarce model. It is in excellent condition with only a speck of two of brassing to the bezel corners. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with a few spots of wear in the corners. The case measures 30mm long and 17mm wide. Refinished dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Elgin grade 484 movement.
