Scarce Elgin “Home Run 667” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1928.
This striking Elgin has a subtly stepped bezel with interesting Art Deco floral and geometric designs engraved on the bezel and case sides, as well as a brilliant silver numerals and sub-seconds track. This example is in crisp, excellent condition with only a speck of brassing in each bezel corner. Engraved designs are bold and crisp. Caseback is superb and unengraved. The case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Dial has been restored to its correct original appearance with a parchment white finish and brilliant silver numerals and sub-seconds track. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Elgin grade 428 movement.
