Rare Bulova “Aztec” ladies Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill with 3-color enamel bezel, circa 1928.
With its fantastic geometric red, green, and black enamel designs, this is one of the finest examples of an Art Deco ladies’ wristwatch produced during the 1920s. It is in crisp, excellent condition showing no wear. Enamel is bright and complete, showing only a few faint marks and a small chip in the green in the lower left lug. Caseback is superb and unengraved. The case measures 33mm long and 17mm wide. Dial is excellent. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Bulova 6AF adjusted movement.
