Gruen “Quadron 80” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1929.
This model of the “Quadron” has Art Deco Southwestern geometric eanmel designs on the bezel and was priced to consumers at $50.00 in 1929. It is in excellent condition with only a few specks of brassing. Curved caseback is superb and unengraved. The case measures 38mm long and 22mm wide. Dial has been restored to its correct original appearance with a silver Butler finish and luminous numerals and hands. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Gruen grade 157 Quadron movement.
