Elgin “Touchdown 219” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch two-tone 14K green and white gold fill, circa 1929.
This smaller size men’s watch has an engraved rope design around the bezel. It is an uncommon model and the first one I’ve offered in many years. This example is in excellent condition, with light brassing to the bezel and the lugs. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 30mm long and 26mm wide. Original dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 7 jewel Elgin grade 447 movement.
