Bulova “Bullet” men’s Retro Modern design wristwatch in two-tone 14K rose and white gold fill, circa 1940.
This extraordinary Bulova has a rose gold filled rectangular case with prominent streamlined bullet-shaped lugs in white gold fill. This is the first example I have offered of this unusual Bulova design. It is in excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is very good and unengraved, with a few spots of light wear. The case measures 33mm long and 22mm wide. Dial has been beautifully restored to its correct original appearance with a copper finish and black-shadowed exploding numerals in white. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 21 jewel Bulova grade 8AE movement.
