Gruen “Cartouche 366” ladies’ Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill with black and white enamel, circa 1929.
The “Cartouche 366” has Art Deco stylized geometric designs inlaid with black and white enamel. It was priced to consumers at $45.00 in 1929. It is in excellent condition with no brassing, just a couple of faint dings to the bezel and two tiny spots of enamel loss. Other wise, enamel is superb and bright. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 31m long and 17mm wide. Dial is excellent. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 15 jewel Gruen Guild grade 153 adjusted movement.
