Very rare Bulova “Corrigan” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 10K yellow rolled gold plate, circa 1939.
The “Corrigan” has a dramatic triple-stepped bezel with a picture-frame bezel opening with straps extending to the flexible faceted lugs. This is only the second example I have seen of this very rare watch. This example is in near mint condition with no brassing. Caseback is superb and unengraved with some of its original factory-applied brush finish intact. The case measures 48mm long and 25mm wide. Original dial is near perfect. Original glass crystal is perfect. This watch is powered by its correct 17 jewel Bulova grade 10AE movement. Original Bulova pigskin strap is very good.
